Why NCG CAM

Why choose NCG CAM?

NCG CAM was designed by technologists who know what they demand from a CAM system from practical experience, and programmed by programmers who know how to ensure ease of use. The product combines very simple operation with professional results on the machine. Leverage many years of experience in software development, which relies on cooperation with leading manufacturers of CNC machines and cutting tools.

Thanks to easy control and fast calculations, you will see the results of your work almost immediately and can additionally adjust and optimize them to your liking.

NCG CAM includes all necessary strategies for drilling cycles, 3-axis machining, indexed, advanced 5-axis strategies, and now also for turning. All toolpaths go hand in hand with the concept called HSM machining to increase productivity, surface quality, and tool life.
All available strategies can also be used in multi-axis indexed machining, further reducing machining time, minimizing the number of setups, and achieving a better workpiece surface. All toolpaths are checked for collisions, and the machining process itself can be monitored in simulation, verification, or machine simulation, which is especially important for multi-axis machining.

NCG CAM contains various elements that make this product truly professional. One example for all: everyone probably knows toolpath mirroring, but it's probably not as easy everywhere as in NCG CAM. You select an operation, choose mirroring, and confirm. If the original toolpath machined climb milling, then the mirrored toolpath also machines climb milling. In practice, this means that the originally requested cutting conditions are maintained, which is very convenient for the programmer, who doesn't have to deal with this in any way.

There are more such examples, but it's better to see it for yourself than just read about it.
