By granting this consent to personal data processing, you agree that 1C Pro s.r.o., ID: 28513096, with registered office at Radčina 18, Prague 6, 16100, (hereinafter referred to as "the controller") may process your personal data under the conditions set out below.

Scope of your personal data processing

The controller will process your personal data to the extent you provided it in connection with the controller's marketing activities, specifically by subscribing to email, printed, or phone communications. The controller will primarily process your name, surname, email, phone number, residential address or business address, organization name, and job position.

Purpose of your personal data processing

The controller will process your personal data for direct marketing purposes (i.e., offering products and services of the controller or third parties), including sending commercial communications in the sense of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services, and analyzing your behavior related to these commercial communications for the purpose of sending personalized service offers.

Legal basis for personal data processing

The legal basis for processing is your consent and the fact that your personal data is necessary to fulfill the individual purposes of direct marketing to which you subscribed. Personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 – (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR").

Period for which your personal data will be processed

The controller will process your personal data for direct marketing purposes for a period of 10 years from the opening of an email newsletter sent by our company, visiting an event organized by our company, or the last subscription to our magazine, unless you revoke this consent.

Withdrawal of consent to personal data processing

You can withdraw this voluntarily granted consent to personal data processing at any time, free of charge, by sending an email to: marketing@1cpro.cz. Withdrawal of consent is also possible directly from every commercial communication sent to you by email. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent given before its withdrawal. The withdrawal of consent also does not affect the processing of personal data that the controller processes based on a legal basis other than consent.

Persons with access to your personal data

Your personal data will be accessible to the controller, its employees, and possibly also third parties – processors who provide suitable guarantees and whose processing meets all GDPR requirements, and who will sufficiently protect your rights and your personal data. These persons primarily include legal and marketing advisors. However, these persons will have access to these data only for the strictly necessary time and to the strictly necessary extent, if it is necessary for providing the service and fulfilling legal requirements.

Controller's contact details

You can contact the controller via email at: 1cpro@1cpro.cz or in writing at the controller's business address (Radčína 18, 161 00, Prague 6). The controller is entitled to request proof of your identity to prevent unauthorized persons from accessing your personal data. For the purpose of improving service quality and maintaining records of the controller's legal obligations, all communication between you and the controller may be monitored.

Your rights related to the protection of your personal data

You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, rectify or complete personal data, request restriction of processing, object to or complain about personal data processing, request data portability, access to your personal data, be informed about personal data security breaches, erasure, and other rights set out in the GDPR.

Right to object

You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data if the controller processes it for direct marketing purposes. The objection must be submitted to the controller. If you object to processing for direct marketing purposes, the controller will no longer process personal data to this extent, unless it demonstrates compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that override your interests or rights and freedoms, or for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims. More detailed information on this right is contained in particular in Article 21 of the GDPR.

Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

You can lodge a complaint regarding the processing of your personal data or the non-fulfillment of the controller's obligations arising from the GDPR with the supervisory authority at any time. The supervisory authority in the Czech Republic is the Office for Personal Data Protection, with registered office at Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, www.uoou.cz.

Obligation to provide personal data. Consequences of not providing personal data

You provide your personal data completely voluntarily. You have no obligation to provide it. If you do not provide your personal data, you will not face any penalty. However, if you do not provide your personal data to the controller, the controller will not be able to send you individual commercial communications to which you subscribe (e.g., without your email address, the controller will not be able to send you technical advice, an invitation to a seminar, information about product news, or an offer of product updates). However, it is entirely at your discretion whether you wish to receive these communications or not.
