Our company specializes in machining parts from high-temperature and engineering plastics, standard thermoplastics, polyurethane, and aluminum.
After acquiring new 5-axis machining centers with continuous 5-axis machining, we discovered that our existing CAM system did not meet our needs in multi-axis machining and did not offer the required tools and functions for its optimization.
After thorough selection, we unanimously decided on NCG CAM, which meets all our requirements for 5-axis milling, including more demanding manufacturing operations, such as using barrel tools, where we are currently able to utilize the entire tool surface and thereby reduce the production time of parts.
Our long-term and very positive experience with 1C Pro also plays a key role. Their training provided us with a solid foundation for effective use of the product, and their support is always reliable. When we need help with advanced machining strategies or functions that we don't yet know, we just need to contact them and immediately receive the necessary assistance.
